World of Warcraft is an 18-year-old MMORPG established on the foundations of Warcraft that shaped generations and generations of gamers with intricate worldbuilding, ever-evolving characters assiduously helping us to defeat the great evil threatening Azeroth, and a radiant atmosphere that continues to live under our skin even there’s nothing else but memories of expansion are left. So, thanks to the combination of the loyal community Warcraft gathered and years of high-quality game design, Blizzard Entertainment managed to build WoW into the epitome of MMORPG it is today.

In its beginnings, WoW’s zones and dungeons, although progressive at that time, were limited by technological advancement, meaning that the devs and designers simply couldn’t bring all their visions to life. Over time, zones and dungeons became more complex, intriguing, and demanding as the devs absorbed more and more design knowledge and game understanding.

Nine expansions later, WoW is still the best MMORPG on the market that only continues growing and evolving its already incredible world and fantasy. Although world-building is always good in itself, navigating four separate worlds, alternate timelines, and seven continents can be overwhelming, especially if you’re new to the game. So, here’s a list of all zones and dungeons that can currently be found in WoW.
