To start your hunt for this achievement, make your way to the Azj-Kahet zone of Khaz Algar and head to the City of Threads. Below the City of Threads is a spider cave called Pillar-nest Xesh that you must enter at coordinates 54.6, 84.6. You’ll find rocks to climb with little spiders guiding your way to a hole that takes you to a secret room with a summoning ritual and a book. Click on the book, and four evil copies of yourself spawn across Azj-Kahet that you must find and return to the book. Here are the following locations of your copies:

  • Mmari, coordinates 78.0, 63.3
  • The Weaver’s Lair, coordinates 56.4, 43.3
  • Faerin’s Advance, coordinates 60.1 17.9
  • Lightless Channels, coordinates 24.4, 52.7

For every place you visit, you also need to type /target Another You for your copies to spawn. Just talk to all four of them and return to the secret chamber of Pillar-nest Xesh. Talk to one of your copies at the summoning ritual, and you will get the No Harm Ever Came From Reading A Book achievement.
