It's certainly worth the grind.

Siesbarg is an epic mount in WoW The War Within, and while it might take some time to grind it out, this is one of the coolest mounts available in the expansion.

Although the process of obtaining the Siesbarg mount can be tedious for some, it’s an epic mount, so it’s understandable that it has a bigger grind. So, here’s our full guide on how to get the Siesbarg mount in The War Within.

You first need to reach the maximum level. After that, head to the Azj-Kahet zone of Khaz Algar. Make your way south of The Weaver’s Lair, and you will find a small platform where the NPC Tka’ktath spawns at coordinates 62.5, 66.0. Tka’ktath is an elite level 80 bug-like NPC you must slay to get the quest item for your epic mount. Unfortunately, the NPC only spawns after the daily reset, and then every seven hours after that. Right before he spawns, a message should pop on your screen and notify you if you’re close by.

To get the Siesbarg epic mount, you first must fight and defeat the NPC Tka’ktath. Upon defeating it, the mob drops an item called Vial of Tka’ktath’s blood. This item starts a quest called The Beginning of Something Beautiful, where you must first talk to the NPC Shalba in the City of Threads at coordinates 45.4, 13.4. She sends you off to do the following quests in order:

  • Those are Chithin Words
  • Venom? More Like Get ‘Em
  • A Small Ocean’s Worth of Blood

To complete the first quest, you must collect 1,500 Nerubian Chitin; for the second quest, you need to gather 1,000 Nerubian Venom. The most efficient way to grind both items is to find a good hyperspawn of Nerubians, and my suggestion is the Siegehold in the north of Azj-Kahet. In the last quest, you must collect 500 Nerubian Blood, which only drops from Ascended Nerubians and Skyrazors. The best way to get Nerubian Blood is to run the Ara-Kara City of Echoes dungeon a few times after which you’ll have your Siesbarg mount.
