The organization announced a partnership with analytics program developer Pursuit on Twitter on Aug. 15.

“We are excited to announce that Pursuit is our official analytics partner,” the organization wrote. “The Fusion will use Pursuit to better understand player performance in the Overwatch League this upcoming season.”

European Overwatch Contenders team Angry Titans also uses the program, which is designed to provide extra data following an Overwatch match. Players install the program on their computer. Once the program is on, it tracks Overwatch statistics while playing. After the game, the statistics and analysis are made available. Pursuit tracks hero effectiveness, and provides insights on data like first-pick rates and death analysis. Pursuit is currently in open beta. No timeline is listed for the program’s full release.

Unlike Visor, a program that provides real-time gameplay analysis, Pursuit users get data only after a match. Visor made news earlier this week after the company raised $4.7 million in funding to further develop the product. The instant feedback given during Overwatch matches is controversial: one of the top posts on the competitive Overwatch sub-Reddit is accusing the program of being a “cheat.” Visor doesn’t, however, interact with Overwatch’s code, instead pulling data separately. Both programs provide valuable data that Overwatch players both professional and casual can learn and improve from.

Blizzard has not yet commented publicly on the use of either program.
