Three new players will join the Seoul-based Overwatch League roster.
Kim “Fleta” Byung-sun, Byeon “Munchkin” Sang-beom, and Koo “xepheR” Jae-mo were announced as Team Seoul’s newest players, according to South Korean outlet FOMOS. DPS player Munchkin was previously signed to Lunatic-Hai, but was released from the roster for past behavioral issues.

A Lunatic-Hai representative later said the organization would be willing to give him a second chance—and it appears this is it. After leaving Lunatic-Hai, Munchkin signed to European roster Laser Kittenz before joining Team Seoul.
Flex player xepheR joins Team Seoul from an old Cloud9 roster, while Fleta is best known for his time with Flash Lux. The new players join DPS players Kim “EscA” In-jae and Moon “Gido” Gi-do, tank players Gong “Miro” Jin-hyuk and Kim “zunba” Joon-hyuk, and supports Ryu “ryujehong” Je-hong and Yang “tobi” Jin-mo.
South Korean Overwatch team and two-time OGN Overwatch Apex champions Lunatic-Hai were picked up by the Seoul Overwach League franchise in August. The roster is known as one of the most consistent in the world, despite their recent upset in Overwatch Apex’s fourth season.
Lunatic-Hai were eliminated from Overwatch Apex season four on Oct. 6 after losing to GC Busan. GC Busan will face RunAway in the Oct. 21 finals, while Team Seoul will work to iron out any of their lingering issues.
