As with most Unity games, there is a single prerequisite you’ll have to install before you can run any mods on the TCG: Card Shop Simulator. To do this, you’ll have to follow these steps:

  • Go to the game’s Nexus Mods page
  • Find the “Pre-configured BepInEx with Configuration Manager
  • In the top right, hit “Manual” next to “Download
  • Once you have the .zip file, go to Steam and find the game in your Library
  • Right click on it and press “Browse Local Files
  • Extract the contents of the .zip file into your game’s folder
  • Run the game once and wait for it to reach the title screen, then exit

Now that you’ve got the BepInEx pre-requisite installed, you can put any mod you want into the game. To do this, all you’ll need to do is download the mod’s contents from the Nexus Mods page and then place it within the plugins folder you’ve extracted into the BepInEx folder you placed in the game’s install directory. Within the game itself, pressing F1 will open a mod settings window where you can manage your installed mods.

There are a ton of mods you can choose from already, with many more coming out every day. The highly-popular title has attracted numerous modders who continuously add and update their creations, most of which are available on the NexusMods platform. Here are some of our picks for the best TCG: Card Shop Simulator mods:

Fast Pack Opening

Opening the packs in the game can be quite tedious if you’ve got more than a handful to go through. This mod lets you speed up the process significantly, allowing you to blaze through all the packs you want in mere seconds. The mod is also configurable so you can tailor it to your needs as much as you like.

Auto Set Prices

Tycoon games can become tedious fast when you have to micro everything around the place, such as the prices in TCG: Card Shop Simulator. The Auto Set Prices mod will automatically price stuff to adapt your store to the market and completely let you leave that part of running the business out of your gameplay. It’s also configurable so you can tailor it to your playstyle.

HandIsNotFull

This mod removes the limit of how many packs you can hold in your hand, letting you carry as many as 512 at a time. Combined with Fast Pack Opening, this will let you truly blaze through so many packs you won’t know what to do with them.

Custom Customers

As the name implies, the mod allows you to customize customers as much as you want, making them walk faster, have more money, visit your shop more often, and a whole lot more. It lets you make the game easier and more enjoyable, but also allows you to play at your own pace with highly customizable options.
