Team Dignitas announced, through a blog post and YouTube video, their full roster NA LCS roster. While the other four players were already known or announced, Benjamin “LOD” deMunck was revealed in this post to be the final member of this Dignitas roster.
LOD previously played for Team EnVyUs, who finished sixth in the 2016 NA LCS summer regular split. While not a super carry for the team, LOD was an average role player for EnVyUs who had a couple of breakout games during the regular split.
This announcement also revealed the team’s coaching staff. Jung Su Kim, formerly a coach of world championship runner-up Samsung Galaxy, and Jae Seok Park, who has coached multiple LPL and LCK teams, such as OMG and Sbenu Sonicboom, have joined Dignitas as head coaches.
Dignitas’s full roster coming into 2017 is as follows:
- Top: Kim “Ssumday” Chan-ho
- Jungle: Lee “Chaser” Sang-hyun
- Mid: Jang “Keane” Lae-young
- AD Carry: Benjamin “LOD” deMunck
- Support: Alex “Xpecial” Chu
