Finals

  • Gambit won Cobblestone 16-10

Gambit earned their way into this winter’s DreamHack Open, and it won out of the tournament with a resounding 2-0 takedown of Renegades.

Led by Abay “HObbit” Khasenov, who posted a 52-31 clip over two matches, this side mostly comprised of players from Khazakhstan took down a Renegades side who, while threatening the Gambit lead in the second half of both matches, just couldn’t catch up.

This tournament will definitely see both sides rise in the rankings, especially after taking out GODSENT, Kinguin, and Cloud9 en route to the finals.
