Earlier today, Hong “MadLife” Min-gi, Park “Shy” Sang-myeon, Park “Untara” Ui-jin, Park “Bubbling” Jun-hyeong, Kang “Haru” Min-seung, Gwak “Bdd” Bo-seong, Kim “Sky” Ha-neul, Ha “Kramer” Jong-hun and Jang “Ghost” Yong-jun have all ended their contracts after coming to a mutual agreement with CJ Entus. The organization officially announced and confirmed the players’ departures through Facebook.
The announcement reads, “Hello fans. We’d like to tell you the sad news.
Respecting the opinions of the LoL team players, we have terminated their contracts under mutual agreement. We really appreciate all of the players for the dedication they’ve shown. We hope that they will have a bright future for the new challenge ahead.”
Despite these drastic roster changes, CJ Entus still has Lee “Reach” Joo-won in the jungle, and Park “MoMo” Min-sik as the ADC on their starting roster. Since these players have not been announced to leave, it would be safe to assume that they will be staying with the team. Substitutes Seo “Soul” Hyeon-seok and Park “SungHo” Sung-Ho may be in a good position to move into the starting roster, but more changes from CJ Entus are likely just around the corner.
