Overwatch players can try out Moira on the game’s PTR server starting right now.
Blizzard surprise updated the Overwatch PTR on Nov. 6 to include the Talon healer. “Wielding both regenerative and degenerative technologies at her fingertips, Moira O’Deorain is Talon’s ambitious geneticist who seeks to rewrite the building blocks of humanity by any means necessary,” Blizzard wrote in the patch notes.

Two other Overwatch heroes got slight adjustments, too. Ana will see her Biotic Rifle damage increased from 60 to 70, while Mercy’s Resurrect now has a cast time of 1.75 seconds. Likewise, her movement speed while casting has been reduced by 75 percent, and the ability can be interrupted by knocking back, stunning, or hacking Mercy while she’s casting. Mercy’s ultimate Valkyrie will prevent these adjustments from occurring.
Blizzard announced Moira during BlizzCon 2017’s opening ceremony. Alongside her reveal, Overwatch game director Jeff Kaplan also announced a new map coming to Overwatch: Blizzard World.
The Blizzard-themed theme park will also reportedly come to the Overwatch PTR this week, but it’s not part of the patch uploaded today.
