It’s perfect for new fans who can’t bear the wait for season two of the TV show, and old fans can even purchase it as a $10 upgrade if they own the original PlayStation 4 game.

According to the PlayStation StoreThe Last of Us Part 2 Remastered will release at midnight local time. So, if you’ve pre-ordered it digitally and are willing to stay up late, you can immediately start playing first thing Friday morning. It launching at midnight local time means certain time zones, such as New Zealand, will gain access to the game earlier than others if they haven’t already.
