While players have access to different VALORANT skin bundles through the store and the battle pass, the most fun but sometimes frustrating method of getting new skins is through the Night Market.
The Night Market is a limited-time event in the VALORANT store when six randomized skins you don’t own go on sale. While players typically access skins they missed out on through the store page, they would have to pay full price, but Night Market offers a discount.
The act of opening and sharing your Night Market packs has become a trend within the VALORANT community, with the lucky celebrating the arrival of a lauded over skin. But most players, especially those with an already robust skin collection, are usually left disappointed.
Even though you won’t be able to reroll any of the items, you might be able to get a second chance at the skin you want since the VALORANT Night Market is an event that returns once every Act. Looking for a Recon Phantom, a Prelude to Chaos Vandal, or maybe a Prime Karambit? Here’s when you can look forward to seeing the Night Market make its return. Make sure you don’t miss it.
When is VALORANT’s next Night Market?
The next VALORANT Night Market officially opens on Wednesday, Jan. 31, and runs until Wednesday, Feb. 28.

You’ll have plenty of time to deliberate over which skins from your Night Market you’d like to add to your collection once the shop goes live.
During the Night Market, your normal store will refresh every day as usual with each skin’s standard pricing.
Based on the spacing between Night Market openings, the one after the next one will probably open during April.
All skin collections eligible for VALORANT’s next Night Market
Unfortunately, the newest skins in the game will never appear in the Night Market after they’ve been released. In addition, Exclusive and Ultra tier skins will never appear in the Night Market, nor will limited-time event bundles like the Arcane or VCT Champions skins, for example.
Cross your fingers that the skins you want will appear for your most-used weapons.

How does Night Market in VALORANT work?
![A screenshot of a new Night Market, with each skin still hidden behind a reveal card.](https://vip-preprod.dotesports.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Night.market-11302020-1.png?w=640)
Once the Night Market begins, you’ll see a black, rectangular box on the top-right of the game’s screen. Click on it, and you’ll be presented with six color-coded cards, each hiding a gun/knife skin and a corresponding discounted price. Interact with the cards to reveal the offers you earned.
Night Market hosts skins at discounts ranging from 10 to 49 percent, unlike the Daily Store, which offers skins at their usual base price. The discounts vary and may not always impress you. Every player gets a different Night Market.
You can distinguish the type of skin behind the card before revealing it by the card’s color: blue is for Select Edition gun skins, green is for Deluxe Edition gun skins, pink is for Premium Edition gun skins, and yellow is for any melee skins.

You can usually expect at least two knife or Premium Edition skins in a Night Market collection. Only a maximum of two skins for the same weapon can appear, but this rule does not apply to skins from the same bundle.
You cannot reroll Night Market skins. If you don’t unveil the skins of your choice, the only option you have is to wait for the next Night Market or continue to check your store every day. It’s all a game of luck.
