They're definitely worth the time and effort.

Bomb Flowers are one of the most useful items in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. They can be used with other ingredients in cooking recipes to add buffs and health recovery effects, or fused with arrows, shields, and weapons to make defeating enemies easier.

Given how useful they are, it’s a good idea to stockpile a lot of them. They’re rather scarce, but the good news is there’s a place you farm Bomb Flowers pretty quickly and easily.

The best places to farm Bomb Flowers in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

  • Royal Hidden Passage (-0253, 0132, 0008)
  • Bottomless Cave (0732, -1441, 1485)
  • East and West Wells in Hateno Village (3608, -2163, 0176)
  • Popla Foothills North Well (0597, -2102, 0093)

The best place to farm Bomb Flowers in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an area called the Royal Hidden Passage. It becomes accessible after reaching Lookout Landing and completing one of the four temples, which happens pretty early on.

The Fire Temple is the easiest one to complete, and it also unlocks Yunobo’s ability, which makes farming Bomb Flowers a lot easier, so I’d recommend doing that first.

Where to find the Royal Hidden Passage in Tears of the Kingdom

Once you’ve reached Lookout Landing and completed one of the four temples, make your way to the entrance to the Royal Hidden Passage at the location on the map below. You’ll find the entrance to the Emergency Shelter at the exact coordinates (-0254, 0104, 0008).

You’ll see a hole in the back wall opposite from the map of Hyrule and the statue of the Goddess, and you’ll also have the opportunity to talk to Jerrin and begin the “Who Goes There?” quest. But, if you’re just looking for Bomb Flowers, crouch to go through the hole in the back wall and enter the Royal Hidden Passage.

You’ll find at least 20 Bomb Flowers inside the Royal Hidden Passage, among other things. You’ll need to use Yunobo’s ability to clear out the rocks to make your way through, or you can Fuse rocks you find in the passage with swords or clubs to create Rock Hammers.

Make sure you only use swords you don’t really care about for this, as they’ll wear out pretty quickly.

How to respawn items in the Royal Hidden Passage

After you’ve collected everything inside, leave the Royal Hidden Passage and complete a quest. All of the items in the Royal Hidden Passage respawn, allowing you to return and repeat the process as often as you’d like. Running low on Bomb Flowers will be a thing of the past.

The Royal Hidden Passage is your best bet for farming Bomb Flowers, however, if you’re after more locations…

This chilly landmark is located on the Great Sky Island. If you’ve forgotten, this is the area you initially start in the tutorial. You’ve likely completed all the shrines on top of this pile of floating rocks at this point, so fast traveling back to this area will be a piece of cake. The Gutanbac Shrine on the right side of the Great Sky Island is the place to fast travel. Just south of that shrine will be where you’ll find all the bombs you could dream of.

The North Well in Popla Foothills

You’ll be able to find the well directly outside the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower. Just right in and you’ll land in the water below. But before you do, you’ll only find one or two bombs on this side. Head to the cave below the cliff’s edge to find the other entrance.

Go to these coordinates to find the well: 0599, -2104, 0093. To get to the other cave entrance, head to 0606, -2225, 0051.

The East and West Wells in Hateno Village

On either side of the Hateno Village, there’ll be entrances to both the east and west wells. You’ll be able to find the west well at these coordinates: 3359, -2047, 0118.

There you have it. Everything you need to know in order to stock up on Bomb Flowers in Tears of the Kingdom.
