This is one of the tougher story quests you’ll face since The Raft is a pretty dangerous location and finding the correct spots to place the required items can be tricky. It’s an essential quest to finish if you want to progress the main storyline though, so here’s how to place Stark Power Dampeners at The Raft in Fortnite.

The three spots you need to visit to place the Stark Power Dampeners are:

  • On the landing pad near the north end of The Raft.
  • On the rocky wall near the east end of The Raft right outside one of the gates.
  • On the ledge right above the sewer entrance near the south end of The Raft.

To find the landing pad, head to the north region of The Raft. This landing pad is across a broken bridge and slightly disconnected from the main prison area. The location where you need to place the Stark Power Dampener is right by the logo on the landing pad. It’s also near the birthday cake so you can eat slices of birthday cake for the special birthday quest series before you take off.

For the next Stark Power Dampener, head over to the east end of The Raft. Climb up the rocky wall right outside the prison gate in this area and look for the glowing white outline. Once you see it, approach this spot to place it down. If you’re having trouble finding this rocky wall, start at Gwenpool’s cell where you can begin Gwenpool’s secret mission and walk along the eastern edge of The Raft until you find it.

To place the final Stark Power Dampener, make your way over to the south end of The Raft region. There’s a broken and crumbling edge hanging over the entrance to the sewers that run beneath the prison. You can find the right spot by climbing up onto this edge. This spot also directly faces the only guard tower that’s separated from the prison, so you can also start there and head directly towards The Raft to find it if you’re having trouble tracking this spot down.

With all three Stark Power Dampeners placed, you can move on to the next part of this quest series. To finish the next stage of these story quests, you now need to find and beat Emma Frost which is exactly what you set up the Stark Power Dampeners for.

Once you’re done with this set of story quests, you can move on to tackling other tricky tasks around the island. Some other ones worth completing next are damaging vehicles with the Unibeam while flying, eliminating opponents at dig sites, and damaging opponents in Landmarks.
